Yael Shoham is a CPA with over 20 years of experience in global finance, fintech, B2C, deep tech, and alternative investments. She spent 11 years at KPMG in Israel and the U.S., where she held senior roles in audit, program management, and professional practice. She later served in multiple leadership positions at a public credit fund, including CFO and Head of Portfolio, overseeing loan collateral management and receiverships.
Yael specializes in capital raising across equity, debt, and alternative financing structures – from seed to growth-stage companies. She combines deep financial structuring expertise with hands-on execution, guiding start-ups through due diligence, term sheet negotiations, and investor relations. Her experience also includes fund operations, SPV structuring, and applying advanced analytics to business planning and financial modeling.
As an active investor, Yael brings a dual perspective as both advisor and investor. She holds an MBA and Post-MBA Studies, and brings a global outlook shaped by her work across the U.S., U.K., and Sweden.
