Ori Itzhaiak, CPA, is a CFO with over 14 years of professional experience. He specializes in financial management and advisory for startups across various industries and stages of growth.
Ori began his career at BDO, where he gained extensive experience in Internal audit. Over the years, he has held senior finance roles, leading cross-border financial operations and company formations in Israel, the U.S., and Singapore.
He has supported companies through M&A and exit processes, led fundraising rounds, managed complex budgets and cash flows, and handled tax structuring and tax debates with the IRS. Ori also brings experience in building strategic financial partnerships to support growth.
He holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Ben-Gurion University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
