Oren, the founder of Brooks-Keret, established the company in 1995, with an innovative approach of providing outsourced Financial Management services to Public and Private companies; this was an extraordinary concept that started the entrepreneurial journey, to which Gil joined in 1996 and Dafna joined in 1997, making Brooks-Keret a leading and trusted professional company that service more than 400 clients today.
During the initial years of the company, Oren focused on building the company’s infrastructure, internal processes and growing the company’s team, while also developing and managing the Professional Services Finance Division that provides finance solutions of CFO, Controller, Bookkeeping, Budgets, and Business Plans Services. As the company grew, Oren delegated the daily activities to the Partners and other members of management, so Oren can focus on accompanying and mentoring Brooks-Keret’s management team, making sure our organization and teams excel at delivering professional services to our loyal clients.
Oren holds a Bachelor Degree with Honors in Accounting & Statistics, from Tel-Aviv University. Prior to becoming the Founder and Owner of Brooks-Keret, he worked at the leading Accounting Firm of Somekh Chaikin, KPMG Israel, as a member of the Professional Practice and as an Audit Manager for Commercial and Investment companies.
