Dafna is a Co-Founder Partner of Brooks-Keret. In 1997, Dafna joined Oren and Gil, Founders and Partners of Brooks Keret; since then, she established and managed the Professional Payroll and Bookkeeping division while also managing the firm’s Finance, Operations and HR.
During the initial years of the company, Dafna developed and expanded the professional infrastructure including internal processes, operational methods, recruiting and training talent and growing the professional services of outsourced payroll and bookkeeping.

Dafna is a certified Tax Consultant and a Senior Payroll Controller; in addition, she holds a BA in Psychology and Education with Honors from the Open University and is certified as a Personal Life Coach and a Certified facilitator on behalf of the Israeli Integrative Group Counseling. Within Brooks-Keret, Dafna shifted her focus to mentoring and developing leadership and personal growth of the company’s management and its employees, which enhances each individual life cycles in many different aspects.
