One of our customers is hiring an experienced R&D Manager to lead the  engineering team and drive the development of an innovative AI product.

What you’ll do:
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team
• Own product delivery end-to-end alongside Product, CTO, and CEO
• Stay hands-on with development (~30% coding)
• Drive AI-assisted development practices across the organization
• Build scalable cloud-native SaaS solutions
• Work directly with customers and external development teams

Requirements:
• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years managing R&D teams in startup environments
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, C#, and Python
• Proven expertise with AWS, Terraform, and scalable SaaS architectures
• Kubernetes experience – advantage
• Experience with AI/LLM solutions – advantage
