Requirements:

• Certified CPA – mandatory
• Acquaintance and practical and in-depth experience with the start-up and high-tech world
• Proven experience of about 5-10 years as CFO in a hi-tech company including: capital raising / IPOs / M&A / member of the board of directors
• Broad vision and strategic thinking
• Fluent English
• Representative and independent
