We are looking for a Head of HR to join a young, fast-growing cybersecurity startup based in Tel Aviv.

This is an opportunity to build and lead the HR function end-to-end — from HR strategy and serving as a trusted partner to the CEO and leadership team, to hands-on work with managers, employees, and day-to-day operations. The role includes leading company culture, building HR infrastructure and processes, and supporting the company’s growth.

Required Experience

• 5–10 years of experience leading HR functions and global recruitment processes
• Previous experience in a startup and in the cybersecurity industry
• Significant experience in scale-up environments and global growth
• Experience working with the US
• High energy and willingness to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment

Experience in a cybersecurity startup is mandatory.
