We’re looking for an HR Operations Specialist with great energy, a service-oriented mindset, and a genuine love for people – someone who takes ownership, drives things forward, and creates a workplace people enjoy coming to every day.
This is a diverse and dynamic role, combining employee experience, day-to-day operations, and work with multiple stakeholders across the organization – with real impact on everyone’s daily routine for a 50% position, Hybrid role – 3 days in the office (Tel Aviv / Kadima)
What will you do?
- Lead employee experience initiatives, events, gifts, and team activities
- Serve as the go-to person for employees’ daily needs and improve their work experience
- Take care of office appearance and operations – ensuring a pleasant, welcoming, and organized environment
- Work with vendors, manage procurement, and handle orders
- Manage invoices and maintain ongoing communication with the finance team
- Support HR projects and take part in organizational initiatives
Who are we looking for?
- 3 years of experience in operations / administration / HR roles
- A people person with a strong service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Independent, responsible, and with a positive attitude
- Great English and ability to work with Office / Google tools
